At SABO, we want you to love your new pieces, so if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be issued via email within 5 business days.
